Datuk Manibalan Kutty A/L Ragavan is the esteemed Managing Director of Templer Park Country Club. He has amassed over 30 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Furthermore, Datuk Manibalan Kutty acts as the EXCO member of the Malaysian Golf Association, a counsel member of the National Golf team and Selangor State Representative./span>

Formerly, he was elected as the Treasurer for the Malaysia Golf Tourism Association in which he served for 3 years since 2014. Datuk Manibalan Kutty currently serves as the Patron of Pertubuhan Kebajikan Socio-Ekonomi Masyarakat India Kuala Lumpur and Selangor since 2007. Additionally, Datuk Manibalan Kutty further contributes to the public through his active involvement as a Patron of Sri Subramaniyar Alayam Batu 16 since 2009. As of 2018, Datuk Manibalan Kutty acts as an ordinary committee member of the Golf Club Managers Associations of Malaysia to this present day.

Datuk Manibalan Kutty was awarded an Economic Degree in 1998 and a Masters in Business Administration in 2007. He was recently appointed as an Adjunct Fellow in Universiti Utara Malaysia.
